2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dhoriya P.S. Case No. 328 of 2023 registered under Sections 341, 342, 323, 324, 325, 308, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner along with other named accused persons assaulted informant by means of lathi-danda, iron rod, on account of which informant sustained injury.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that dispute arose between the parties due to drainage of water. Case and counter case. Allegation of assault is general and omnibus.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the prayer for bail by contending that petitioner is named in the First Information Report with the allegation of assault.
6. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of eight weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Banka in connection with Dhoriya P.S. Case No. 328 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
