The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

According to the first information report the allegation against the petitioner is that this petitioner gave lalthi blow and iron rod blow on the head of the informant and he got injured.

On behalf of the petitioner it has been submitted that there is case and counter case. It has further been submitted that the injuries are simple in nature. Further attention of this court has been drawn to annexure-4 which indicates that the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25779 of 2015 (2) dt.14-07-2015 2/2 matter has been settled between the parties.

On behalf of the State it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the first information report. Considering the aforesaid facts the above named petitioner, in the vent of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt /production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M, Katihar in Katihar Town P.S. Case No. 489 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
