The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Considering the general and omnibus allegation of assault to the deceased; co-accused Gajo Sharma has already been allowed bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No.14968 of 2017 vide Annexure-2. The impugned order reveals that in the re-statement name of Gajo Sharma surfaced as main culprit.

Considering the general and omnibus nature of allegation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13297 of 2018 (4) dt.24-04-2018 P2/ furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Parbatta (Pasraha) P.S. Case No.66 of 2006, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
