In the instant petition, petitioners have prayed for following relief(s):-

1. That by way of this writ application petitioner seeks indulgence of this Hon'ble Court for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions for the following

Patna High Court CWJC No.1787 of 2021 dt.21-02-2022 2/3 reliefs:- I. For issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing of the letter dated 27.10.2020 (Annexure 7) issued by respondent no. 3, whereby direction has been issued for lodging of F.I.R.

against the petitioners for alleged mistake in issuance of certificate to them by the respondent no. 5.

II. For issuance of writ in nature of mandamus for upholding the certificate of participation issued by the Respondents concerned is valid.

III. For issuance of writ in nature of mandamus to command the respondents for considering the certificate of participation of Petitioner as valid certificate and appoint them on the post for which advertisement has been published.

IV. For issuance of writ for consequential direction/benefit.

V. For any other relief/reliefs to petitioner is entitled for."

In so far first prayer is concerned, it is stated on behalf of petitioners that it is not available to the petitioners since F.I.R. has already been lodged against them. Therefore, prayer no. II to V do not survive for consideration. Petitioners are at liberty to file fresh petition as and when investigation done in their favour so as to claim prayer No. II to V.
