2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 316(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3) and 3(5) of the B.N.S..

3. As per prosecution case, it is alleged that this petitioner got the land of informant executed in his favour without paying consideration money and later on, refused to make payment. Petitioner has got 14 criminal antecedents.
