2. The petitioners are in custody since 20.04.2016 in connection with Kochadhaman P.S. Case No. 70 of 2016 for the alleged offences under Sections 489(A), 489(B) and 489(C) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated as the offence under Section 489(A) and 489(B) are not made out and the accusation is only of recovery of fake currency notes from the possession of petitioner no. 1.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of the offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioners. The bail petition stands dismissed.
