The petitioner is in custody in connection with Special Case No. 2768 of 2019 arising out of Agamkuan P.S. Case No. 255 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code, and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against this petitioner is that total 40 ltrs of country made Mahua wine was seized from the joint possession of several persons. The petitioner is in custody since 14.03.2019. Considering the fact that the petitioner has remained in custody since 14.03.2019, the Court is inclined to grant him

Let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge Excise, Patna in connection with Special Case No. 2768 of 2019 arising out of Agamkuan P.S. Case No. 255 of 2019 subject to the condition that one of the bailor should be elected representative of local body.
