Having regard to the fact that the petitioner's husband died in the year 1994, and she had of course been receiving family pension, this Court would find it difficult to issue any direction for revising such family pension on the basis of Government decision dated 23.09.2009 (Annexure-1) which has come into force only for the employees who have retired on or after

Patna High Court CWJC No.199 of 2015 (2) dt.06-02-2015 01.01.2006.

In that view of the matter, this court does not find any merit in the application and the same is, accordingly, dismissed.
