The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rajepur P.S. Case No.136 of 2016 registered under Sections 341, 342, 323, 324, 307, 364(A) and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. In course of investigation, the name of the petitioner surfaced in this case in the confessional statement of the co-accused Rajesh Kumar Rai and Chunnu Kumar, who are also not named in the F.I.R., having hand in the present case. Further submission is that the petitioner having no criminal antecedent is in custody since 23.10.2016.

No.15129 of 2017 (2) dt.27-04-2017 2/2 Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sadar, Motihari, District-East Champaran, in connection with Rajepur P.S. Case No.136 of 2016.
