JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 08-05-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

Petitioners are languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 342, 323, 324, 307, 364A and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are not named in the F.I.R. Their names have transpired in the confessional statement of the coaccused, Rima Devi. Rima Devi has been allowed bail by this court in Cr. Misc. No. 16373 of 2017. The petitioner is in custody since 30.10.2016.

Considering the aforesaid material as well as the fact that the petitioners are female, let petitioners, above named,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15507 of 2017 (4) dt.08-05-2017 2/2 be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sadar, East Champaran at Motihari/Successor Court, in connection with Rajepur P.S. Case No. 136 of 2016, with condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the Court below shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner in this case.
