The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a), 38, 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

The similarly situated co-accused Ashok Rai @ Ashok Kumar Rai has been granted bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 13.03.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 15603 of 2019.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36504 of 2019(3) dt.14-08-2019 2/2 from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Dighwara P.S.
