2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Raghunathpur P.S. Case No. 175 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 324(4)(5), 352, 351(2), (3), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.
3. The recovery is of one country made pistol from the petitioner. The petitioner is said to have assaulted the victim.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. The petitioner is in custody since 17.12.2024.
5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this application for regular bail is allowed.
7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, East Champaran, Motihari/concerned Court below in connection with Raghunathpur P.S. Case No. 175 of 2024.
