JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 03-02-2016 By way of the present application under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner seeks removal of his name from the FIR in Warisaliganj P.S. Case No. 224/2014 registered under Section 135 of Electricity Act.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the FIR as contained in annexure 1 to the application. The allegations made in the FIR do attract ingredients of the offence punishable under Section of the Electricity Act, 2003. In that view of the matter I find no merit in this application. Accordingly, the application is dismissed.
