23-08-2016 Heard Sri Vikramdeo Singh, learned counsel, who was assisted by Sri Pawan Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Parmanand Kumar, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The sole petitioner, who is in custody only since 20-04-2016 in Alamnagar P.S. Case No. 129 of 2015 registered for offence under Sections 363, 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of bail.

It is not in dispute that the victim girl was minor and petitioner was none else but husband of the sister of victim's mother (Mausa).

In view of nature of accusation, I do not find any ground to grant bail.

Dismissed.
