JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 10-01-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That, this is an application for issuance of appropriate writ or writs, direction or directions commanding the respondent to pay arrears of salary according to VI pay Commission from 01.04.2007 to 31.03.2017 and from 01.04.2017 till 31.01.2019 according to VII Pay Commission, Grant of Benefit of IIIrd MACP and also for payment of salary during strike period from 07.01.2009 to 09.02.2009 and from 23.08.2010 to 20.10.2010 and for issuance of appropriate writ or writs for payment of statutory as well

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Banka for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case appropriate representation is filed, within a period of two weeks from today, the District Magistrate, Banka shall dispose off the same by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter. 4.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
