2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Simri Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 493 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 103(1), 3(5) of the B.N.S. and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of killing the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely been implicated by the prosecution only because his father was killed by the deceased and after the deceased was killed by unknown persons, he was made accused. Except confessional statement, there is no material against the

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Saharsa /concerned Court below in connection with Simri Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 493 of 2024.
