Having regard to the nature of allegation against the petitioner for offence under section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and the fact that the petitioner is the husband, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. That being so, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected but then nothing said in this order shall weigh against the petitioner in case he surrenders and makes a prayer for regular bail.
