JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 26-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being the husband of the informant is languishing in jail since 21.03.2016 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 498A of the IPC and 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The accusations are of torture for non-fulfillment of the dowry demand, making assault and driving out the informant from matrimonial house.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner admits his marriage with the informant. Now the investigation has already concluded and final report has been submitted under Section 498A of the IPC.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30958 of 2016 (2) dt.26-07-2016 2/2 Considering the nature of accusation, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousands) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Udakishunganj in connection with Alamnagar P.S.Case No. 22 of 2016.
