=========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 30-06-2015 The petitioner seeks revision of the judgment of conviction in Appeal No. 04 of 2004 passed by the 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Madhepura.

Having gone through the impugned order, I do not find any merit in the application. However, the sentence is modified to the extent of period already undergone by him. The amount of fine of Rs. 2000/- shall be deposited by the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. With the aforesaid modification in sentence, the revision application is dismissed.
