This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 392 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is not named in the first information report. Name of the petitioner has transpired in the confessional statement of the first information report named accused. The petitioner is in custody since 29.01.2017 and nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Some other co-accused have been allowed bail by coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 54036 of 2017.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16825 of 2017 (2) dt.11-04-2017 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Khutauna P.S. Case No. 95 of 2014 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani, or successor Court (Birendra Kumar, J) SA/- U √
