Though, the present writ petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 8.2.2020 passed in Appeal Case No. 236/2018 by the Collector, Samastipur whereby and whereunder the appeal filed by the petitioner has been rejected and the order cancelling the PDS license of the petitioner bearing License No. 107/2017 passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Samastipur has been upheld, but realizing the fact that there is a remedy of filing representation / revision before the concerned Divisional Commissioner, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty
Patna High Court CWJC No.1879 of 2021(2) dt.01-12-2021 2/2 on behalf of the petitioner to file appropriate representation / revision petition before the concerned Divisional Commissioner. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of as not pressed, however, with the aforesaid liberty and in case appropriate representation / revision petition is filed by the petitioner against the aforesaid order dated 8.2.2020, before the concerned Divisional Commissioner, within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be considered on merits and disposed off within a period of eight weeks, thereafter.
