JUSTICE JITENDRA MOHAN SHARMA ORAL ORDER 16-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. representing the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Belaganj P.S Case No. 90 of 2003 ( S.Tr. No. 158 of 2015/559 of 2010) registered for the offences punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering that the petitioner kept absconding for a number of years even though he was named in the First Information Report, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail at this stage accordingly, his such prayer stands rejected in connection with Belaganj P.S. Case No. 90 of 2003 pending in the Court of Additional Sessions Judge VI, Gaya.

However, considering the detention of the petitioner, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same preferably within six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, failing which if the
