JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 06-07-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Motihari Town P.S. Case No. 68 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 419, 420, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 66 and 67 of the I.T. Act as well as Section 10 of the Bihar Examination Conduct Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a student of Central University, Motihari and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that the petitioner has been roped in this case only on the basis of suspicion. He submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is in custody since 09.02.2018. Considering the fact that the petitioner is a student of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28520 of 2018 (3) dt.06-07-2018 2/2 Central University, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Motihari Town P.S. Case No. 68 of 2018 with the condition that the bailors should the teachers of the Central University.
