The petitioner is accused in connection with Kahalgaon P.S. Case No. 580 of 2014, registered under Section 379 and 411/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The prosecution case, according to informant, is that he came to know that petitioner and others unloaded the coal from Railway rack and they proceeded with coal by vehicle No. BR-10B-3350, which belonged to one Monu Kumar, but the said vehicle met with an accident near Sarwatipur Railway crossing. The said coal was kept in 107 bags weighted about 03 tons. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that this petitioner has been implicated in this case mere on suspicion. Further submission is

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Kahalgaon P.S.
