The petitioner is accused in connection with Ara Muffasil P.S. Case No. 07 of 2016, registered under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and in course of investigation his name has been surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused Sujeet Kumar. Moreover, the petitioner is in custody since 01.03.2016, but he was not put on T.I.P. for identification, while the informant claimed to identify the culprit on seeing them again.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27962 of 2016 (2) dt.14-07-2016 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ara in connection with Ara Muffasil P.S. Case No. 07 of 2016. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the parents/close relative of the petitioner, who will file an affidavit showing his relation with the petitioner.
