2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Baikunthpur P.S. Case No. 148 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 342, 323, 504, 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The deceased had committed suicide because of the dispute with his wife and other family members over loan given by him to one Shila Devi. Vidhan Giri has been granted regular bail. His wife Shila Devi has been granted anticipatory bail and Raju Puri has been granted regular bail by this Court. The petitioner is the brother of Vidhan Giri. He is in custody since 03.04.2024.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42417 of 2024(2) dt.19-07-2024 2/2 prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Baikunthpur P.S. Case No. 148 of 2023.
