This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

About sixteen liters of country made liquor was recovered from a jeep. The petitioner was riding in the jeep.

Considering the aforesaid fact as well as the fact that the petitioner is a femal, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Gopalganj Town P.S.
