2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Vishambharpur P.S. Case No. 39 of 2024 registered under Section 30(a) of Bihar Excise Act.
3. As per prosecution case, petitioner is alleged to be driver of the seized motorcycle from which 5.2 liters illicit liquor was recovered.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to ill motive. Further submission is that petitioner is husband of registered owner of the seized motorcycle. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has got clean

5. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000 (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional District JudgeIV-cum-Exclusive Special Excise Court No.-II, Gopalganj in connection with Vishambharpur P.S. Case No. 39 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
