JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 29-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. 140 liters Tari and other things were recovered and it is said that petitioner and some others were engaged in selling Tari.
Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the petitioner was passer -by and, as a matter of fact, he was caught by the police on suspicion and nothing has been recovered from his conscious possession.
Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief
