The petitioner is aggrieved by a letter of the Regional Officer, Industrial Area, Barauni placed at Annexure-1 and is dated 30.6.2014 whereby the petitioner has been directed to vacate the premises.

It is an admitted position that the lease of the petitioner stood cancelled and even the appeal got rejected in the year 2007 but no remedy was preferred by the petitioner to question such orders.
