The informant lodged a case for dacoity in a bus bearing registration no. JH-OJAV-7437 against unknown. Leanred counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in F.I.R. Name of the petitioner figured in the confessional statement of the co-accused namely Rajan @ Ranjan who has already been enlarged on bail.
