Modification petition has been filed for modification of order dated 7.4.2021, passed in Cr.Appeal(SJ) No. 812/2020. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that due to Covid 19 Lockdown, petitioners could not surrender before the Court below within the time stipulated in the said order. In the facts and circumstances of the case, modification petition is allowed.

Petitioners are granted four weeks further time from the date of receipt of this order to surrender before the Court below in view of the aforesaid order.
