2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Shastri Nagar P.S. Case No. 77 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 80, 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner who is the husband of the deceased is alleged to have killed the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that that the deceased has committed suicide which has come during the investigation in the statement of the witnesses. The petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State as well as the learned counsel for the Informant have vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the fact that it is a case of suicide and also considering the period of custody of the petitioner, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate-IX, Patna/concerned Court below in connection with Shastri Nagar P.S. Case No. 77 of 2025.
