This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 307, 324, 354, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner allegedly caused injury with farsa at the head of the mother of the informant. Annexure 3, the injury report would reveal that the doctor had found simple injury caused by hard and blunt substance. The petitioner is in custody since 16.01.2017.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Singhiya P.S. Case No. 159 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, V, Rosera, or successor Court.
