The petitioner seeks bail in Kudhani P.S. Case No. 91/2019, instituted for offence under Section(s) 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the written report that on the date of occurrence while informant was on the way to deliver the parcels, three miscreants came on motorcycle and snatched all the parcels worth Rs. 1,35,000/- from the informant and started running away but on chase petitioner was apprehended by the villagers. Thereafter he was handed over to the police. Seizure-list is part of F.I.R. which shows that no incriminating article has been recovered from possession of petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 22.02.2019.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate IIIrd, (West) Muzaffarpur, in connection with Kudhani P.S.
