Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302,34 of the I.P.C. Allegation is that petitioner and her son committed murder of the daughter-in-law for non-fulfillment of dowry demand. Marriage was solemnized in January, 2007 and unnatural death took place on 11.03.2020. The children of the deceased stated that the parents had quarreled for not supplying food to the petitioner. In the night all slept and in the morning dead body was found at the roof. The Doctor has found ligature mark around the neck of the deceased.

Learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for bail.

No.37139 of 2020(2) dt.02-02-2021 2/2 Considering the fact aforesaid especially no direct material against the petitioner, who is a widow, aged about 65 years, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Phulwari Sharif Police Station Case No.180 of 2020 with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
