JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 08-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Chhatapur P.S. Case No. 143 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Admittedly, at the relevant time, petitioner was posted as A.N.M. and she was member of Selection Committee. The accusation against the petitioner is that the Selection Committee appointed one Chandan Devi who had produced forged certificate.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, particularly, this aspect of the matter that petitioner was only member of Selection Committee

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.607 of 2015 (2) dt.08-01-2015 and it was co-accused, Chandan Devi who produced forged certificate, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that petitioner, in the event of her arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in Chhatapur P.S. Case No. 143 of 2014 subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) SHAHZAD/- U T
