2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs this Court that substantial amount of retiral

Patna High Court CWJC No.10157 of 2023 dt.08-09-2023 2/2 dues have been paid to the petitioner, however, petitioner is entitled for enhanced pension, which is required to be paid on account of financial upgradation from the date petitioner is entitled for. The petitioner has relied upon the judgments passed by the Apex Court in case of D.S. Nakara & Others Vs. Union of India reported in (1983) 1 SCC 305 and Amresh Kumar Sinha & Ors. v. The State of Bihar & Ors. (SLP (C) Nos. 8219-8226 of 2016) and seeks to file a detailed representation before the Principal Secretary, Animal Husbandry and Fisheries Department, Government of Bihar- respondent no. 2.

3. The Principal Secretary, Animal Husbandry and Fisheries Department, Government of Bihar- respondent no. 2, is directed to dispose of the representation filed on behalf of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of representation in accordance with law.

4. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of.
