JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. This is an application seeking anticipatory bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Referring to the F.I.R., learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the reason behind the occurrence is said to be an altercation between the female members of the families. She has further submitted that the case has been instituted out of vengeance and the injury report is of a private clinic.

Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, let the petitioner above named, in the event of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11323 of 2015 (3) dt.21-05-2015 arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Kamtaul P.S. Case No. 71 of 2014, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
