2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Patahi P.S. Case No. 99/ 2025 dated 11.03.2025 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Section(s) 25(1-AA), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. The main submissions advanced by the petitioner's counsel are that the instant matter relates to the recovery of firearms from the possession of the accused persons, including the petitioner, but as per the prosecution's story, only one live cartridge has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner without any pistol and the petitioner had no reason to carry a live cartridge in his pocket without any pistol, so, this

It is further submitted that the petitioner has been languishing in jail since 12.03.2025 and against him investigation has been completed, though, against him there is criminal antecedent of one case but he is on bail in that case.

4. Learned APP for the State has opposed the bail prayer of the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid submissions advanced by the petitioner's counsel and mainly the custody period of the petitioner as well as completion of investigation against him, this court is inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be released on bail in connection with Patahi P.S. Case No. 99/ 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/-( Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
