JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-05-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 354B,376/511,337,427,341,323,380 and 435/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is allged that when the informant went to ease out, she was caught hold by the petitioners. Subsequently, co accused Manish Singh, Gautam Kumar, Subhash Chandra Bosh alias Lalji and Niranjan Singh took the victim to the bush when petitioner no. 1 made attempt to establish forceful physical relationship with her. On arrival of the villagers the accused persons escaped from the scene.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22262 of 2015 (2) dt.21-05-2015 2/2 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that since the grand father of the petitioners lodged Narhat P.S. Case No. 63 of 2014 making accusation under sections 147,148,149,448,341,342,323,380 and 504 IPC and there are interpolation in the FIR. More over, co accused Niranjan Kumar has been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 23061 of 2014. Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner in case the petitioners surrender within six weeks from today in connection with Narhat P.S. Case No. 64 of 2014 pending in the court of learned SDJM, Nawada. This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
