This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation of firing and causing death is against co-accused, Anil Mandal and Bilas Mandal. The petitioner was member of the unlawful assembly. The dispute is for land.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Dholbajja (Kadwaq) P.S. Case No. 34 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Naugachia, Bhagalpur, or successor Court.
