08-05-2018 Heard Sri Pramod Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The sole petitioner, who is in custody since 14-02-2018 in Patna City Chowk P.S. Case No. 368 of 2017 registered for offence under Sections 30(a) (c) (d)/38 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 and Sections 272, 273, 34 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of bail. Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the very outset, has drawn my attention to statement made in paragraph - 3 of the petition to show that petitioner is having clean antecedent. It was further argued that petitioner was falsely implicated on an accusation of recovery of about 24 liter of country-made liquor.
