Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

In course of investigation, it surfaced that petitioner purchased stolen mobile from co- accused and except the aforesaid material, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner who is languishing in jail custody since 31.3.2016.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate IX, Bhagalpur in Industrial P.S. Case no. 101/2015. shahid (Hemant Kumar Srivastava,J) U T
