JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER ------------- 27-04-2015 From perusal of the office note dated 23.04.2015 it appears that the present writ petition stood dismissed as against the respondent no.6, the main contesting respondent on 15.05.2007 on account of non-compliance of the Court's order dated 08.05.2007. It further appears that despite indulgence granted by this Court vide order dated 07.08.2007 restoration application has not been filed till date seeking restoration of the present writ petition so far it relates to the respondent no.6. In absence of the respondent no.6, relief sought for on behalf of the petitioner in the present writ petition cannot be granted. In that view of the matter, the present writ petition has become incompetent and cannot proceed further. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
