JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-01-2015 The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 21.03.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 4246 of 2014 for extending the period of surrender. On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, the period of surrender is extended further for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt/production of the copy of this order. The order dated 21.03.2014 stands modified to the extent indicated above.

Accordingly the modification application is disposed off in connection with Sherghati P.S. Case No. 310 of 2012, pending in the court of leaned S.D.J.M., Sherghati, Gaya.
