The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Rajauli P. S. Case No. 85 of 2016 registered under Section 366A of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, as contained in Annexure-3 and the medical evidence of the victim as contained in Annexure-2 to the present application, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- ( Rupees
