Mr. Dinesh Singh ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 19-09-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code and later on, Section 411/ 34 of the I.P.C.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and is a young boy aged about 22 years of age and the informant alleges that his motorcycle was stolen from the parking.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the F.I.R. was instituted against unknown and the name of the petitioner transpired in the confessional statement of coaccused, who were arrested. It is next submitted that petitioner

The learned counsel submits that in the event, if the petitioner is sent to jail merely on the basis of confessional statement, his entire career would be jeopardized. Learned A.P.P. opposes the bail application.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Bakhri P. S. Case No.70 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

The application stands allowed.
