.... .... Respondent/s ======================================================== Appearance :

For the Petitioner/s : Ms. Shikha Kumari, Adv. For the Respondent/s: Mr. APP ======================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 29-06-2015 The Petitioner seeks revision of the judgment of conviction dated 13.01.2004 passed by the 8th Additional Sessions Judge, Gaya in Criminal Appeal No. 26 of 2003/53 of 2002, by which he has affirmed the judgment dated 16.04.2002 passed by the Railway Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in R.P. Case No. 10 of 1994 (Tr. No. 275 of 2002), by which he has convicted the Petitioner under Section 3 R.P. (U.P.) Act and sentenced him to undergo S.I. for one year.

Having gone through the judgment of conviction, I do not find any perversity in the same and, hence, decline to interfere in the matter.

However, considering the nature of allegations and the date of occurrence, the sentence is reduced to the period already undergone by the Petitioner.

With the aforesaid observations, the Revision Application stands dismissed.
