Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code and 4/6 POCSO Act.

There is specific allegation of rape against the petitioner on a seven years old girl, hence, I am not inclined to release him on bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Sadar P.S. Case no.441 of 2015 pending in the court of 1st Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Judge, (POCSO), Muzaffarpur

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28976 of 2016 (2) dt.25-07-2016 2/2 stands rejected. However, the trial court should expedite the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the same as early as possible.
